At the Eliza Binks’ store, we make sure your magical books and goodies are on their way to you as quickly and safely as possible! Every order is carefully packed with a sprinkle of care (and a dash of ghost-approved magic) so it arrives in perfect condition. Whether you’re sending a gift to a fellow young ghost investigator or treating yourself, we want the experience to feel special from the moment you click “buy.”
We take pride in packaging your orders with care to ensure they arrive safely. UK orders are packaged and sent within 2-3 business days and are shipped via 48-hour tracked delivery.
Books going outside of the UK are printed in the country of origin and take 8-10 working days. If you have any questions about your shipment, our friendly customer support team is always here to help. Please go to the CONTACT US tab and send in your query.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you (and your little ghost investigators!) to be happy with every order. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Just contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process—it’s easy and hassle-free!
